The Colonial will be screening a brand-new independent drama about the U.S. Senate’s rarely-remembered investigation into the myriad factors that led to the sinking of the RMS Titanic in the middle of the Atlantic in mid-April 1912.

Ominous coincidence: the Colonial Theatre opened its doors for the first time on the same day the storied ship disembarked on April 12. One sunk in mere days, the other burned to the ground in less than twelve years and was rebuilt by the following one.
